Description
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
After using a cleanser apply cold water to the face. Apply around half a teaspoon of toner to a cotton wool pad and smooth over the face in circular motions avoiding the eye area. Leave to dry on the skin for at least one minute and then apply moisturiser.
